SEN Consultancy
A standard way of instructing us and retaining our services is at an hourly rate of £110+VAT per hour.
Meeting Attendance
Meeting attendance is capped at costs of £110+VAT for 1 hour irrespective of length of meeting. Including but not limited to Local Authority, School, mdt, cin and child protection meetings.

What we offer
Named Representation At Hearings
From £925
Rochelle is well known for her zero tolerance approach to LA’s failure to comply with the statutory requirements and robustness in her representation.
For some, support is needed in a slightly different way therefore on a limited number of cases Rochelle can act on a fixed fee basis including hearing representation. and to provide an idea of likely cost please refer to the fixed fee list below
Case support from start to finish including an appeal from £995*
Annual Review including redrafts and formal review meeting £425*
*Please note offer of fixed fee is at the discretion of the business and is strictly on a first come first served basis, it is a heavily subsidised service and subject to terms
Domestic Abuse Cases
Rochelle specialises in cases including historic and current domestic abuse, you can be assured of expert, sensitive and professional services to help keep you and your children safe during the ECHP processes.
From time to time extra help is needed, this includes safe contact with the other parent. Safe email service is offered at a not for profit costs of £25 a month.

A 15 minute call, for guidance on specific areas of the EHCP/appeal process.

At Freedom Speaks we see first-hand the toll and stress of going through the EHCP and appeal process on parents and carers. Added to that you must watch your children go through such trauma to get an Education. We know that we can give you the advice, expertise and support through the process, systems and the journey that you have to travel. But what we haven't been able to do until now is offer a service for that emotional journey.
We have joined with an awesome mental fitness company to provide a space for parents going through this specific journey to be heard. For parents to talk individually or with others walking along the same path.
For parents to support and encourage one another when they can't see the way ahead.
