Well Being Webinars
Much is being said about looking after our mental health but how can we do this if we don't understand what's going on in our bodies.
The stresses of everyday life require us to adapt and change and hold many different roles throughout the day and often that the same time! It can be exhausting. Our partners at the Mental fitness company, has found that we are having very similar conversations and these conversations underpin the subjects we address in these webinars.
Humans are creatures of habit – we all act in very similar ways – and in the same way that there are ways in which we can get physically fit, there are common methods and ways to become mentally fit.
Working on our mental fitness however doesn’t get taught in schools, we aren’t taught to understand why we act, or react as we do, or why other people act or re-act as they do – but as humans, the reasons are common to us all.
Our Wellbeing Webinars have been developed following 1000’s hours listening to people. They address the most common themes, models and theory that underpin our discussions with our clients. They will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of yourself, to understand who you are, why you act as you do, the impact that life experiences can have but importantly the tools to be able to take control and become mentally fit.

What we offer
Group Coaching
"If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with others."
Loneliness is the toughest part of any journey when you feel that you are the only one on your path. Our Group Coaching will bring together people who are walking the same path. Some will be further down the road, some just starting out, some part of the path will be well trodden and others will be overgrown and uncertain.
We are joining with the mental fitness company to provide a space for parents to be heard. For parents to talk with others walking along the same path. For parents to support and encourage one another when they can’t see the way ahead.
Facilitated by a qualified Life Coach, these group coaching sessions will be confidential, supportive and engaging and as relationships develop self supporting and enriching.
Group coaching will need a minimum commitment of 4-6 session (over a 2/3 month period) to get the full benefit of forming an inter dependant group where the sessions can be interactive and tailored to meet the needs of the group. This would allow the space to go deeper into specific issues within a safe group, using breakout rooms for further discussion and create peer support opportunities.
Group coaching is for a two hour session with up to 6 screens for individuals or couples.
Prices for full capacity group coaching sessions start from £50 per participant including VAT
Individual coaching can be arranged providing and independent space to heard, consider your options and decide how you will approach the challenges facing you. Prices on request
Individual counselling can provide a therapeutic space to understand yourself how experiences have affected you and continue to impact on your view of the work as you work through your current challenges. (Prices on request)
Listening Line
When life stresses hit us – we often don’t need solutions, we just need to be heard. For those working with us at Freedom Speaks, the listening line will not provide answers, but will provide the confidential and independent listening ear for you to let off steam, share how you are feeling, express your emotions and leave you in a better head space to tackle whatever the day holds.
A 25 minute call, a space to be heard, to let off steam, to air your frustrations, acknowledge your feelings and encouraged to take the next step on your journey
